The final sales activity review of 2017 revealed that the total number of homes listed for sale in the resort area stood at 1,500 which represented a 30.7% decrease in available inventory compared to the December 2016 total of 2,030.  Month on month listings were 70 up on last months 1,430. By listing type, the December inventory comprised 1,450 normal owner listings, down 34.4% from the 1950 December 2016 total.
