March 'math' From The Resort Area...   Pre coronavirus pandemic figures revealed that resort area inventory was up 9.2% from a year ago at 1463 homes compared to 1340 listings in March 2019 and 5.6% higher than last month.  The average number of days that a home to took to sell during March was 98 which was 5 less than it took twelve months ago whilst achieving on average 97.5% of the respective listed price, which was unchanged over the same period.
