Are the suites furnished?

Accepted Answer

Condo-hotel units are commonly sold furnished for hotel use, but furniture, appliances, electronics, housewares, replacement standards and condition must be verified and documented.

What amenities are currently promoted?

Accepted Answer

The official hotel site currently promotes Wi-Fi, business center, fitness center, heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, and parking within the daily resort-fee package.

Accepted Answer

The hotel currently describes a scheduled paid shuttle to Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando through a third-party provider. Cost, timetable, reservation and accessibility requirements can change.

Question 6

Can owners choose their own management?

Accepted Answer

Management rights and obligations depend on the condominium documents, hotel program and owner contracts. Review rental-program participation, use restrictions, fees, termination and unit standards with qualified advisers.

Question 7

What costs should buyers investigate?

Accepted Answer

Review condominium dues, hotel or resort charges, utilities, insurance, management, housekeeping, linen, maintenance, refurbishment requirements, assessments, taxes and financing terms.

Question 8

How does Team Donovan help staySky owners?

Accepted Answer

We help buyers and sellers compare plan, floor, view, condition, furnishings, condominium finances and hotel-program terms without treating the unit like an ordinary condo.
