Reunion is a large resort made up of distinct neighborhoods and property products. The right choice depends on how you plan to use the home, which amenities matter and what access is attached to the exact property.

A private five-acre water park, tennis, pickleball and miniature golf sit alongside the resort's pool and outdoor spaces.
On-site dining, a fitness center and resort shuttle services add convenience for owners and eligible guests.

The master assessment is $124 monthly, plus the applicable neighborhood or condominium assessment. Current reviewed examples include Centre Court Ridge at $768 monthly local and one Seven Eagles three-bedroom unit at $1,130 monthly local. These examples are not resort-wide figures; confirm the exact property estoppels.
Also check the applicable CDD on the tax bill, Club position and any management agreement.
Club membership is separate from simply owning in Reunion. Official 2026 pricing lists $15,000 initiation, $500 monthly Gold dues and $925 monthly Platinum dues. Eligibility, approval, access and transferability remain property-specific.
Master rules permit short- and long-term leasing without master approval, but child-association, licensing, Club and rental-program terms may differ. Owner-use or residency limits should only be stated where current evidence supports the exact property or product.
Owners may self-manage, use Reunion Resort's on-site program or appoint another local manager, subject to any voluntarily signed contract. Management choice does not create Club membership or guest access.
Master guidance states a 60-pound limit for homes and 35-pound limit for condominiums, with breed restrictions. Child associations can add rules for pets, parking, pools, garages, access, maintenance or construction. Verify the child documents and the exact property.
