What buyers need to verify
Reunion Grande supports deeded condominium ownership and vacation use within Reunion Resort. Nightly use is operationally supported, but the exact rental minimum, owner-use terms, pet treatment, management agreement, Club status and CDD obligation remain property- or program-specific.
2026 assessment structure
Reunion Grande uses an exact-unit billing class. Do not apply one fee to every residence.
View the official 2026 class matrix
| Billing class | Monthly Grande assessment |
|---|---|
| A | $1,617.78 |
| B | $1,619.86 |
| C | $1,842.81 |
| D | $1,767.80 |
| E | $1,303.15 |
Add the separate $128 monthly Reunion master assessment. The buyer contribution is two months of master ($256 at the 2026 rate) plus a $200 transfer fee. CDD, Club, special assessments and optional management are separate and exact-property specific.
What the assessment may cover
The governed record identifies building insurance, water/sewer, cable, internet, trash, pest control, security/gate, common-area maintenance, management/front desk and other variable coverage. Confirm every inclusion through the current estoppel and documents.
Important fee conflict
A current listing closely corroborates Class A, while another listing reports a different bundled or property-specific amount. The direct 2026 association matrix remains controlling; match the exact residence to its class rather than relying on listing shorthand.
Location differences still matter
Reunion Grande sits in the central resort area with front-desk service, restaurants, a rooftop setting, fitness and spa context, business facilities and access to broader Reunion amenities. Golf, resort, amenity and distant fireworks outlooks depend on the exact level and orientation.
