What property types are available at Terra Verde?

Terra Verde has 363 privately owned homes: 155 single-family homes and 208 townhomes, with three- to seven-bedroom choices overall.

How is the association structured?

All owners pay the master association assessment plus the relevant neighborhood assessment. Single-family homes belong to The Manors association and townhomes to the Villas association, with different fees and coverage.

Can owners use short-term rentals?

Terra Verde is a vacation-rental community, and association materials limit rental stays to 120 days or less. Licensing, occupancy, taxes and management arrangements vary by property.

Can a buyer live there full time?

The association limits owner occupancy to 25 percent. Buyers planning extended or primary-residence use should review how the rule applies to the home they are considering.

Do all homes have private pools?

Private pools are common among single-family homes, while townhomes may have different outdoor arrangements. Pool, spa, screen, heater, view and maintenance vary by property.

What amenities are available?

Amenities include a heated zero-entry pool, hot tub, mini golf, courts, playground, lakes, trail, tiki bar and a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse with theater, games, fitness and sauna.

Does Terra Verde charge a resort fee?

Owners and guests have amenity access without a resort fee. Commercial services and equipment deposits can cost extra, and policies can change.
