Bahama Bay has two two-bedroom plans and two three-bedroom plans. Bedroom count alone is not enough: heated interior area and the monthly condominium assessment differ by exact plan.
What the assessment includes
- Building insurance and common-area maintenance
- Water, sewer and trash
- Cable and wireless internet
- Gated security and resort-amenity access
Before buying: obtain the current unit estoppel, verify any special assessment, and compare the building, floor, outlook, condition, furnishings, management history and unit-owner insurance obligations.
