No. The on-site rental program is optional. Review the current agreement, owner-use rules, operating expenses, FF&E or refurbishment obligations and termination provisions before relying on projected income.
What are the current Floridays condominium assessments?
Verified 2026 monthly assessments are $821.92 for a 2-bedroom suite and $1,001.12 for a 3-bedroom suite. Current owner-services confirmation states electricity, water, cable, internet and ground/common-area maintenance are included.
How close is Floridays Resort Orlando to Walt Disney World?
Many routes to the Disney area take roughly 10 to 15 minutes in favorable conditions. Actual time depends on traffic, parking, route and park entrance.
What condo sizes are available?
Floridays offers two-bedroom and three-bedroom suites. The resort markets them at approximately 1,017 and 1,306 square feet, while public records and MLS entries may show different recorded living areas.
Why do some listings show different square footage?
Marketing suite area, condominium plans and recorded heated living area may not use identical measurement conventions. Buyers, sellers, lenders and appraisers should confirm which figure applies.
Can owners use short-term rentals?
Vacation use is established, but current zoning, condominium rules, licensing, platform requirements and management options must be confirmed for the exact condo.
