You can then click on the “view details” button for that individual listing to view a full description of the property, amenities, room dimensions, interior and exterior features, school information, taxes and HOA fees, as well as photos of the home.
If you want to search homes within a specific neighborhood, you can do a custom search where you can click on the map with your cursor, and then set boundaries for your search. Then, you can narrow the search down even further by specifying number of bedrooms, baths, price range, square footage, etc. You can also search within a specific radius for homes for sale, and then narrow it down by community, type of property – such as single family/villa, townhouse or condo/apartment.
Once you find a home that seems promising, you can contact Team Donovan for more information, request a showing, share the listing with a friend or family member via email, print the listing, or take a virtual tour of the property.
You can also browse the Team Donovan website by specific communities, cities, counties and lifestyle, as well as view community reports that indicate how many homes are currently for sale, how many have sold in the last 6 months, and the average number of days a home stays on the market.
